77hm Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 77hm platform, including visitors and registered account holders. By accessing the platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, play games, place bets or withdraw — you are accepting these terms as a condition of use.

77hm reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current version.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77hm.

To register and use a 77hm account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77hm is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal recreational use, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of 77hm or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must only register one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

77hm does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in specific jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the platform is lawful in your location before registering or depositing.

When registering your 77hm account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a valid Pakistan mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77hm platform. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed. Operating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions or any other reason — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your password should be kept confidential and not shared with any other person. 77hm will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the access was made possible through your own failure to keep login details secure.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members
• Use a strong, unique password for your 77hm account
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

77hm accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, which currently includes JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, bank IBFT transfer, debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks, and other supported mobile wallets.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your 77hm account. Deposits made from accounts registered to another person are not permitted and may be reversed or held pending investigation. 77hm does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page
• 77hm does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side, though your wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges
• Deposits made in error or to incorrect account details are the responsibility of the depositing user — please verify all payment details before confirming
• 77hm reserves the right to decline or return a deposit if it cannot be matched to a verified account holder

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your 77hm account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, and always to an account registered in your own name. 77hm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. If verification has not been completed, your withdrawal request may be placed on hold until the required documents are submitted and reviewed. This process is in place to protect all account holders and to maintain the integrity of PKR transactions on the platform.

• Processing times vary by method — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically processed the fastest
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on IBFT clearing schedules
• 77hm does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform side
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn
• Only real money balance that originated from verified deposits or cleared bonus winnings is eligible for withdrawal

77hm reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has triggered a review flag. These checks are temporary and are resolved as quickly as possible. Cooperation from the account holder in providing any requested documentation will speed up the process.

77hm offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and enhanced betting odds. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all 77hm promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to verified account holders who have made at least one qualifying deposit
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household and per IP address
• Bonus credit must be used within any stated expiry window — expired bonus credit is forfeited automatically
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• 77hm reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all related accounts being suspended and any associated funds being forfeited

All games and betting markets on the 77hm platform — including slots, fish games, live casino and sports betting — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting section. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant rules and accept the outcome as final.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets:

• Odds are set at 77hm's discretion and may change before a market is closed for betting
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended
• In the event of a match abandonment or void event, 77hm will apply standard void rules which are explained in the sports betting section
• Any bets placed after an event has concluded, or on odds that were displayed in error, will be voided and stakes returned

For slot and fish game sessions, the random number generation (RNG) systems used by game providers determine all outcomes. 77hm does not intervene in or manipulate the outcomes of any third-party game. Game malfunctions are handled by returning the stakes involved to the player's balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77hm platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating another account holder
• Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including attempting to claim bonuses more than once
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human method to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to cycle funds without genuine gaming activity
• Colluding with other players in a way that distorts the outcome of games or betting markets
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or interfere with the platform's security systems

77hm collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform. This includes registration details, transaction records, gameplay history and device/connection information. By registering an account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy, to the extent necessary for providing the service. You have the right to request information about the data held about you and to request corrections to inaccurate data by contacting the support team through your account.

77hm does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in operating the platform — such as payment processors and game providers — who are bound by their own data protection obligations.

77hm is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable, fair and managed responsibly. Online gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such — never as a primary source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

77hm's platform is for users aged 18 and above only. We actively support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits. The following self-management principles are encouraged for all 77hm users:

• Set a budget: Decide before you start how much PKR you are comfortable spending in a session and stick to it regardless of outcomes
• Set time limits: Manage how long you spend on the platform in any given day or week
• Take breaks: Regular breaks during gaming sessions help maintain perspective and enjoyment
• Never chase losses: If a session is not going well, the correct response is to stop — not to increase stakes to recover
• Play with money you can afford to lose: Never deposit funds needed for essential living expenses

You may close your 77hm account at any time by contacting support through your in-account messaging. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal procedures.

77hm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation
• The account holder cannot be verified through the required KYC process
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has a zero balance
• Regulatory or legal requirements make it necessary to do so

In the event of an account closure initiated by 77hm for compliance or fraud reasons, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Balances resulting from legitimate verified play will be returned where the account holder's identity can be confirmed.

77hm may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes to payment methods, new product sections, regulatory developments or any other relevant changes. The date at the top of this page will be updated each time changes are made.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as an account holder, 77hm will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform's internal messaging or through the contact details associated with your account. For minor updates and clarifications, the page update date alone serves as notification.

Your continued use of the 77hm platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the updated terms, your option is to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support.
